Product Introduction: Brenor Daily Shot is a lightweight daily photo check-in application. Users can take daily snapshots, upload personalized photos, attach descriptive text notes to complete daily check-in, build exclusive personal photo albums, and review historical check-in records inside the application at any time.

 

Age Access Restriction

This daily recording and check-in service is exclusively accessible to users aged 18 and older. Individuals under the age of eighteen are strictly forbidden to register accounts, upload photos, edit text notes and use any core functions of this application. The platform does not deliver services to minors under any circumstances and never collects any personal data belonging to underage groups. Any illegal access by minors will lead to permanent account ban, and all associated legal liabilities shall be borne by users and their legal guardians independently.

 

1. General Statement

This privacy policy clarifies all data operation rules and privacy protection specifications between the Brenor service operator (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and registered end users (hereinafter referred to as “You”). This enforceable electronic agreement covers every detail of data collection, usage restrictions and user rights regarding our daily photo check-in service. Your download, installation and continuous use of the application’s check-in functions constitute your full acknowledgment and unconditional acceptance of all terms contained in this policy. Please terminate all service access behaviors immediately if you disagree with any clause.

2. Data Category & Collection Rules

We adhere to the globally recognized data minimization principle and purpose limitation principle. We only acquire basic data that is indispensable to sustain daily check-in functions, and refuse excessive and irrelevant data collection. The data processed by our platform is divided into two categories, and we never collect sensitive biometric data and identity information actively:

2.1 User Check-In Original Content

Refers to all content created independently by users for daily check-in, including daily uploaded photos, customized caption texts, memo notes and other personalized check-in materials. All original recording content belongs to the exclusive property of the corresponding user.

2.2 Anonymized Operational Logs

Desensitized and non-identifiable operational data automatically collected to maintain application stability, including device basic information, function crash logs and abnormal error records. This type of data cannot be used to locate specific individuals and is merely applied to internal program debugging and version optimization.

3. Data Authorization Scope & Usage Rules

You grant the Service Provider a limited, revocable non-commercial authorization. The authorization is only used to realize basic functions such as content display, check-in record sorting and in-app query. Without your explicit written authorization, the Service Provider is prohibited from copying, distributing, leasing or reusing your daily check-in photos and text notes for commercial promotion, third-party sharing and model training.

4. Local Exclusive Storage Mechanism

To eliminate users’ privacy risks of personal daily recordings, Brenor adopts a pure local storage strategy without any cloud-related services. The application does not support cloud synchronization, remote server backup, online cache and other external storage functions.

All daily check-in photos and text notes are stored only on your local mobile device. The Service Provider has no access permission and cannot view, obtain or modify your private check-in records in any form. Users can delete single check-in content or clear all historical archives at any time. All deletion operations are irreversible, and the Service Provider cannot recover deleted data for any user.

5. User Autonomous Data Rights

As the sole owner of check-in archives, you enjoy complete autonomous management rights throughout the service cycle: upload, modify and delete daily check-in photos and text content freely; view and browse historical check-in records in the app; export local check-in files as needed; revoke data authorization and deregister your account permanently. The Service Provider will never charge additional fees or set functional barriers for users to exercise the above legitimate rights.

6. Third-Party Isolation & Information Disclosure

Our platform maintains absolute data isolation from all third-party institutions. We implement a zero-sharing policy for all user original check-in content. The application does not embed third-party tracking SDKs, advertisement components and data sharing interfaces. Under no commercial or non-commercial circumstances will we disclose user’s private daily recording content to external parties.

Data disclosure is only permitted under mandatory statutory scenarios: responding to valid judicial subpoenas and formal administrative investigation orders issued by authorized governmental departments; performing statutory obligations to respond to public safety emergencies.

7. User Code of Conduct

When using our daily shot check-in service, users shall comply with local network security laws and related regulatory policies. Users are prohibited from uploading illegal, violent, pornographic, discriminatory and copyrighted infringing photos and texts. All legal liabilities, economic compensation and administrative penalties caused by users’ illegal uploading behaviors shall be borne independently by the user.

8. Policy Update & Dispute Settlement

The Service Provider reserves the right to revise and update this privacy policy according to product function iteration, security strategy adjustment and legal policy changes. The updated clauses will be released on the privacy dedicated page inside the application with the latest modification date marked. Continued use of check-in services after updates indicates your recognition of revised terms.

Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved through email negotiation preferentially. If bilateral consultation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the judicial authority of the Service Provider’s registered location for final ruling.
